At the Zurich Auto Car Show, AC Schnitzer has presented their modified version of the BMW X4. In terms of performance AC Schnitzer has increased the X4 20i power to 245 Hp, the X4 28i to 294 Hp and the X4 35i to 360 Hp. The diesel versions of the X4 are not left out and the X4 20d has been modified to reach 220 Hp, the X4 30d increased to 309 Hp and 360 Hp for the X4 35d. These performance upgrades have kept the same CO2 emissions despite the increased power due to AC Schnitzer’s principle of efficient performance.
The modified X4 does not just run faster, it also sounds faster thanks to AC Schnitzer’s stainless steel exhaust options. The exhaust silencer and twin silencer with the two racing tail pipes provide an amazing sound while optimise gas extraction ensuring the efficient running of the vehicle. Alternatively the chromed sport or racing evo tail pipes add a visual appearance of increased performance.
With the extra power, AC Schnitzer also offers suspension spring kits which lower the X4 by 20 to 35mm. This kit gives the vehicle an optimum stance and style which is also achieved with their aerodynamic options which includes front spoiler, rear diffuser for vehicles with M-Technik package and carbon mirror covers and rear skirt.
Interior options include a gear knob with digital gear display or an illuminated gear knob, keyholder, floor mats and aluminium pedal set.
The wide 18″ to 22″ wheel options are sure to complete the package ranging from their Type VIII to Type V designs. Finishes include BiColour, black, silver or anthracite with suitable tyres.
